Delete Your Account

From the app (recommended)

1. Open the Tricity Shops app and sign in.
2. Tap the menu (☰) or your profile avatar to open the side drawer.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account (shown in red).
5. Confirm the prompt — your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

From the web app

Sign in at tricity-shops.web.app/app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is instant.

By request

You can also request deletion by calling or WhatsApping Rootlynk support at +91 83090 89225, or emailing contact@tricityshops.com from any contact method linked to your account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, age, phone number, addresses) — deleted immediately.
• Your posts, comments, reviews and messages — deleted or anonymised.
• Order records — retained for the legally required accounting period, then deleted.

In-app deletion is instant and cannot be undone. Manual requests via email or phone are processed within 7 days.
